These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all legal relations, offers, sales, and deliveries between Miniature OÜ(registry code 14807255), operating as Miniature Studio at Veemeistri tee 3-29, 61402 Haage, Estonia, and the user (“Client”) of the online store at miniature.ee (“Web Store”).

By using the Web Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Terms

  • 1.1 These Terms apply to all purchases made through the Web Store.

  • 1.2 All legal relations are subject to the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

  • 1.3 We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions take effect immediately after publication.

  • 1.4 All products are handmade and may slightly differ in color tone, shape, or texture from the catalog images due to their custom and artisanal nature. These natural differences are not considered defects but are part of the uniqueness of handmade products.

2. Prices

  • 2.1 All prices are in euros (€) and include Estonian VAT (24%).

  • 2.2 Shipping costs are added during checkout. Orders over €300 include free shipping.

  • 2.3 Clients outside the EU are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

  • 2.4 Price updates apply to future orders only.

3. Orders and Payments

  • 3.1 Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to place an order.

  • 3.2 Provide accurate contact and shipping information.

  • 3.3 Payment methods: bank transfer, bank link, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

  • 3.4 The sales contract takes effect once payment is received in full.

4. Shipping

  • 4.1 We ship within Estonia via Itella SmartPOST, Omniva, DPD, and courier; in Europe via DPD, Omniva, or UPS.

  • 4.2 Production time varies and is specified on each product page.

  • 4.3 Delivery times: Estonia 2–5 days; Europe 7–9 days.

  • 4.4 You’ll receive tracking info or pickup details by email.

  • 4.5 We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • 5.1 You may return unused items within 14 days by emailing info@miniature.ee.

  • 5.2 Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • 5.3 Return shipping is at the Client’s expense, unless the return is due to an error.

  • 5.4 Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment.

  • 5.5 Return address: Veemeistri tee 3-29, 61402 Haage, Estonia.

  • 5.6 Custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.

6. Product Warranty and Defects

  • 6.1 Defects may be reported within 1 month of discovery and up to 1 year after delivery.

  • 6.2 Within 6 months, defects are presumed pre-existing unless proven otherwise.

  • 6.3 We will repair, replace, or refund defective products.

  • 6.4 No liability for improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

  • 6.5 Complaints: info@miniature.ee. Responses within 15 days.

7. Copyright

  • 7.1 All content is the property of Miniature OÜ.

  • 7.2 Reproduction or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

  • 10.1 These Terms are governed by Estonian law.

  • 10.2 Disputes should be resolved through negotiation.

  • 10.3 Unresolved issues may be brought to the Consumer Disputes Committee or the EU ODR Platform.

  • 10.4 Legal jurisdiction is Harju Maakohus, Estonia.
